Our Story

Founded with an opportunistic and long-term investment philosophy, Rydra Capital Corp. was created to help Companies and individuals look at the big picture and analyze the long-term risks and opportunities associated with their situation.

Rydra Captial focuses primarily on dealing with private and publicly traded companies and general equity investments. For companies, Rydra Capital can assist organizations in their operational and/or investment needs. For individuals, Rydra Capital can help them organize their current situation, including looking over portfolio investments and cash flow decision-making.

Our Founder

Rydra Capital Corp. was founded by Harrison A. Ross, CFA, in 2021. Mr. Ross has worked in various aspects of the financial world, including being both an owner/operator and as an investor/analyst in publicly traded companies.

Mr. Ross started his career as an analyst for various family offices and investment management firms, later moving into the entrepreneurial side of the capital markets. One of his great successes was co-founding My Health Logic Inc., subsidiary of Health Logic Interactive (TSXV:CHIP-H) and completing its sale to Marizyme Inc. (OTCQB:MRZM) as its CEO. As part of the sale, he joined Marizyme as its VP of Finance.
